Tante Gaida - Sagājis sviestā & Sirdsklauves (2026)

"Sagājis sviestā" and "Sirdsklauves" are interwoven with references to famous films, including horror movies. The compositionally clean shots contain a very elaborate personal story, which is revealed through costumes and makeup as well as the interplay of light and shadow. The clean and pure composition of the shots stands in stark contrast to the characters inhabiting this world. The spaces within LTV’s main premises allowed us to make this world even richer and, at times, even more authentic. The story’s structure and concept are drawn from a very personal and intimate experience, which allowed me to fully immerse myself in this seemingly unreal, self-created world.
